Conversation intelligence
Every call is recorded. Almost none are read.
Call Lens reads every sales and support call — what was said, what it means, what happens next — and cites the second behind every claim.

Employee CustomerSummary & assessment
Qualified fleet opportunity with clear operational pain and a promising follow-up, but pricing and CFO approval remain unresolved.
00:04Recording is not knowing
Recording a call is not the same as knowing what happened on it.
What a recording gives you
Sep 8, 2026, 2:20 PM
Two minutes and thirty-eight seconds. To learn anything from it, somebody has to listen to all of it.
What was in it
Qualified fleet opportunity with clear operational pain and a promising follow-up, but pricing and CFO approval remain unresolved.
00:09Capture
Your recordings are the only thing this needs.
Nothing here asks you to replace your phone system or retrain your team. Calls arrive through whichever door suits how you already work.
One API
Post a call from any dialer, PBX or contact-center platform. The recording goes straight to storage; submission is idempotent, so a retry never creates a second call.
The browser
Drag a recording in. MP3, M4A, AAC, WAV, WebM, OGG or FLAC, up to 200 MB and 60 minutes.
Enrolled handsets
Recording phones your team already carries, each with its own token you can rotate or revoke.
00:17Understand
First it listens properly. Who spoke, when, and for how long.
Press any line or drag the waveform. The playhead, the transcript and the clock are one thing, here and in the product.

People, never “speaker 1”
Every measure is taken against one named person. Stereo recordings separate by channel; mono ones are assigned by who greets like an agent, and one click corrects it.
Timed to the word
Word-level timings are what make silence, overlap and response speed measurable. 22 measures are computed from them, never guessed by a model.
Honest about gaps
Transcript coverage is recorded, and a call the system could not match to an employee waits in a review queue instead of polluting the numbers.

Assessment
The quote is above the customer's stated ceiling
The customer pays about 40,000 today and named 45,000 as the most they can justify. The quote is 48,000.
Two other carriers have quoted, one of them lower
The customer is comparing on price. The reply did establish that the lower quote leaves out priority routing on the Ansokhna road.
Then it reads what was meant.
- Five judgments
- What they wanted, who decides, the budget, the timeline and the outcome — each one placed on the second it rests on.
- Objections, and how they were handled
- Not only that price came up, but whether the reply dealt with it.
- Typed risks
- Churn, compliance, competitor, pricing, expectations — graded low, medium or high.
- Competitors and products named
- Every mention, resolved to the name you use for it, in Arabic or English.
- Sentiment across the call
- A line under the waveform, not a single label for two and a half minutes.
- Your own fields and your own policy
- Define what to extract, and the guidance a call is checked against.
Every model-produced line is checked against a real segment of the transcript before it is stored. A claim that cannot be placed on the timeline is not shown as if it could.
01:02Key moments
Two and a half minutes. Six moments that decide it.
Choose a moment. The waveform, the transcript and the reading move together, so nobody has to take the summary on trust.
What Call Lens read here
The quote is above the customer's stated ceiling
The customer pays about 40,000 today and named 45,000 as the most they can justify. The quote is 48,000.
02:12Act
Insight your team can act on by Thursday.
Every promise, tracked.
What was promised, by whom and by when, lifted out of the call. Mark it done or dropped, and that survives a re-analysis. Across the team, it becomes one queue ordered by how long each promise has waited.
Commitments
Not just a score. Practical guidance.
A flagged moment names what happened, why it mattered, and what to say next time, tied to the second so a manager can play it back with the rep.
Coaching
Defended the price before asking what the delays cost
The customer had already said price was not the main problem. The reply restated what the bundle includes and never returned to the two delayed shipments.
Try instead: Ask what each delayed shipment costs the business, then set the 8,000 difference against that figure.
Scorecard
- Talk balance8 / 10Measured · Employee talk share 54%
- Found the cost of the problem4 / 10
The pooled data usually pays for itself within a quarter.
- Handled the price objection7 / 10
Did their quote include priority routing on the Ansokhna road?
- Agreed a next step10 / 10
I'll send a revised proposal with the shipment-delay figures by Thursday.
- Response speed9 / 10Measured · Median response 0.8 s
Every call scored your way.
Your criteria and your weights, per department. Some criteria are judged and show the quote they rest on; others are measured and show the number. When a criterion could not be evaluated, the scorecard says so and withholds a total it cannot stand behind.
Any call exports as a PDF report, with or without the transcript. Any filtered list of calls exports as CSV.
02:24Ask and search
Stop digging through calls. Ask them.
Search finds the moment someone said something, however they phrased it. Chat answers a question across every call you are allowed to open, and says where each part of the answer came from.
- Sara HassanSep 81:39
Still, anything above our current contract value has to go to our CFO, Mr Haney. I can't sign that myself.
- Omar FathySep 53:12
I like it, but my director signs anything over a year, so I would need something to show her.
- Mona AdelSep 20:47
Before we go further, we would have to run this past procurement.
Save a search and it becomes an alert. The email carries a count, never the content.

Where do fleet deals stall?
Mostly after the buyer is convinced. In these calls the customer liked the product but could not approve it alone12, and the one that moved forward was the one where the rep offered to write the proposal for the approver1.

One call is an anecdote. Every call is a pattern.
A tally tells you price came up fourteen times. Call Lens tells you it was handled well in eight of them, and lets you open the six that were not.

- 22 measures on every call
- Talk ratio, silence, interruptions, response speed, open questions. Computed from word timings, never guessed by a model.
- By company, department or person
- The same numbers at every level, with the date they were last calculated printed beside them.
- Benchmarks that know their limits
- A weekly percentile against the department or the company, withheld when the group is too small to be fair.
- Coaching plans with a target
- One active plan per person, measured against the calls that follow it.
Who it is for
Know what your customers are really saying.
For sales leaders who cannot sit in on every call, and should not have to.
Two other carriers have quoted, one of them lower
The customer is comparing on price. The reply did establish that the lower quote leaves out priority routing on the Ansokhna road.
- Which objections come up, and which reps handle them well.
- Every competitor named, and what the customer said about them.
- Budget, decision maker and timeline on every call, with the second each was said.
- Next steps that were promised, and whether they happened.
Turn support conversations into product intelligence.
For support leaders who hear about a recurring problem three weeks after the customers did.
Alerts

No callback window was offered
- The problems customers raise most, counted from what they actually said.
- Calls checked against your own guidance, with each breach named.
- Alerts when a phrase you care about starts appearing more often.
- Sentiment across each call, so a bad ending is not hidden by a polite start.
Arabic and English
Built for the calls you actually have.
Egyptian, Saudi and Emirati Arabic, and English, set per organization or per employee. The summary arrives in the language of the call with an English rendering beside it, and names resolve whether they were said in Arabic or typed in Latin letters.
Genuine right-to-left, not a mirrored stylesheet. The one thing that never flips is the call’s time axis, because time does not run backwards in any language.

Security
Your data cannot leak sideways.
Call recordings are some of the most sensitive data a company holds. This is what protects yours today, stated plainly.
- Isolation
- Enforced at the database, not in application code. Outside an authorised session, a query for your data returns nothing at all rather than someone else's rows.
- Roles
- Owner, admin, manager, reviewer and viewer, built from individual abilities. A personal token can never do more than the person who created it.
- Departments
- A manager sees their own department's calls, and that boundary is held in the database too.
- Audit
- Every change is logged field by field. Recording access has its own trail, including every request that was refused.
- Recordings
- Played through links that expire, on a lifetime you set.
- Retention and erasure
- Your retention period is visible in the product. An erasure request is previewed, confirmed, and answered with a receipt that names anything it could not remove.
In and out
Calls in. Intelligence out.
- Ingestion API
- Browser upload
- Enrolled handsets
- Signed webhooksHMAC-SHA256, on completion, high risk, a policy breach or a low score

- MCP serverRead-only access for the AI tools your team already uses
- Alert emailA count of new matches, never the content
One API for any dialer, PBX or contact-center platform. The documentation shows the whole payload before you register an endpoint.
How it works
Three steps. The first one is small.
- 01
Connect your conversations
Point your recordings at the API, or drag a week of calls into the browser.
- 02
Let Call Lens understand them
Set your language, your scorecard and the guidance calls are checked against. From then on, every new call is read.
- 03
Turn insights into action
Start the week from the commitments queue, the coaching feed and the objections that were not handled.
02:38Talk to us
Your conversations already contain the answers.
Call Lens helps you find them.
Tell us about your calls. We can show you Call Lens reading a week of them, on your own recordings, before you decide anything.
