How can real-estate sales teams analyze buyer calls?
Callens reads every call a real-estate sales team records, in Egyptian, Saudi or Emirati Arabic or in English. For each call it sets out what the buyer wanted, who decides, the budget, the timeline and the outcome, each tied to the second it rests on, and lifts out every follow-up an agent promised.

Why buyer calls are hard to manage
In property sales, most of the qualifying happens on the phone. A buyer names a budget, mentions that a husband or a parent has to see the unit first, and says they are waiting for a bonus or for an existing flat to sell. The agent writes one line in the CRM, if that, and moves on to the next call.
A sales manager with a team of agents cannot listen to all of those calls. So the picture of the pipeline is built from what agents remember and choose to write down. Recording a call is not the same as knowing what happened on it.
Callens is built to close that gap. It reads every recorded call, not a sample, and every line it produces points back to the second of the recording it came from, so a manager can check the buyer's own words instead of trusting a summary.
The five things every buyer call should answer
Real-estate qualification comes down to a handful of questions. Callens gives each call five judgments that map onto them directly, and each judgment is placed on the second it rests on:
- What the buyer wanted: a two-bedroom unit near a school, a villa with a garden, an investment flat to rent out.
- Who decides: the caller, a spouse, a parent abroad, or a company buying for staff.
- The budget: the figure the buyer said, and whether they mentioned a payment plan or a mortgage.
- The timeline: moving before the school year, buying after a bonus, waiting for a launch.
- The outcome: a site visit booked, a brochure requested, or a buyer who went quiet.
Follow-ups promised on the call
Property deals are lost in the gap between a promise and the follow-up. An agent says they will send the payment plan by Thursday, or arrange a second viewing for the buyer's wife, and then a busy week happens.
Callens lifts commitments out of each call: what was promised, by whom and by when. They land in one team queue, so a manager can see every open promise across the team instead of asking each agent in the Monday meeting.
Coaching agents from their own calls
Callens computes 22 conversation measures on every call, including talk ratio, silence, interruptions, response speed and open questions. They are calculated from word-level timings, not guessed by a language model, so an agent who talks over buyers or never asks about the budget shows up in the numbers.
Scorecards use each department's own criteria and weights, so a team selling off-plan units and a team handling resale can be scored on different things. A manager can set one active coaching plan per agent and watch it measured against the calls that follow. Weekly benchmarks compare an agent with the department or the company, and are withheld when the group is too small to be fair.
Arabic, English and named agents
Buyers in Cairo, Riyadh and Dubai do not speak the same Arabic, and many agencies serve expatriate buyers in English too. Callens supports Egyptian, Saudi and Emirati Arabic and English, set per organization or per employee, and each summary arrives in the language of the call with an English rendering beside it.
Every measure is attributed to a named person, not to speaker 1; speakers are assigned by who greets like an agent, and when the roles come out wrong, one click corrects them, so the agent and the buyer stay apart.
Getting calls in
Many property agents call buyers from their own mobile phones. Callens can enroll those recording phones, each with its own token that can be rotated or revoked. Recordings can also be dragged into the browser as MP3, M4A, AAC, WAV, WebM, OGG or FLAC, up to 200 MB and 60 minutes each, and a dialer or PBX can post calls to one ingestion API.
Questions
Can Callens tell me a buyer's budget from a call?
The budget is one of the five judgments Callens makes on every call, alongside what the buyer wanted, who decides, the timeline and the outcome. Each one is placed on the second it rests on, so you can play the buyer saying it.
Does Callens work for agents who call from their mobile phones?
Yes. Recording phones can be enrolled in Callens, each with its own token that can be rotated or revoked. Recordings can also be uploaded in the browser.
Which Arabic dialects does Callens support?
Egyptian, Saudi and Emirati Arabic, and English, set per organization or per employee. Summaries arrive in the language of the call with an English rendering beside them.
How does a sales manager see which follow-ups agents promised?
Callens lifts each commitment out of the call, with what was promised, by whom and by when, and puts it in one team queue.
